1. The head actually belongs to Leopold Saksen-Koburg (1790 - 1865), General of Russian service and later, Leopold I of Belgium. His uncle was Queen Victoria's husband, Albert.
2. The other thing that's wrong with the photo is that Chester is wearing a U.S. Naval uniform instead of a British uniform. He looks rather dashing in it though.
